Poet Lukas Miknevičius
Lukas Miknevičius published his debut selection of poems Už vėjo tuščia this year, he is a winner of the First Book competition organized by Lithuanian Writers Union. His style is slightly ironic but with indulgent worldview, giving attention to the world outside his ego and Vilnius city limits. That is rather rarely found in contemporary poetry.
